Mamouniyeh is a specialty of Aleppo. It is a breakfast dish prepared from semolina, ghee, and sugar syrup, served with cheese and Bread according to Encyclopedia of Aleppo, Mamouniyeh was created by “Ma’moun” a person from Aleppo and named after him.
